Our cooking
Our cooking is made of raw materials coming from our company.
Our dishes are prepared with attention and we are sensitive to food intolerances: upon reservation we prepares gluten-free and lactose-free menu. Moreover, always upon reservation, we prepare menus for vegetarians or vegans.
Agriturismo Ruspina is the ideal place to relax and spend a special holiday, discovering Sardinia, archaic, and still intact.
Our menu
The menu may have variations because our company uses only seasonal and homemade products.
The same menu is proposed even gluten-free, for coeliacs, with an over-price of 5 euros. There are also menus for vegetarians, vegans and lactose intolerant. In these cases it is necessary tell us when you book.
